step 1. find an old turtle neck hangin out in your closet
step 2. find your favorite shirt and cut out around the neckline,
be careful not to cut your favorite shirt and keep a steady hand
so that the neckline comes out nice and pretty :)
and that's it!! you have a new boat neck tee!
because of the teeshirt nature, the fabric will not fray,
however, if you want a more finished look, you could hem the top of the neckline.
i'm mostly just planning on layering with mine, so i don't really care about
unfinished look.
it would also look cute to cut the sleeves to a 3/4 length
as long as we're leaving the edges raw
